SBMT boasts 63 acres of high-capacity staging and storage space, heavy-lift platforms supporting up to 6,000 pounds per square foot, and climate-controlled warehouse and office facilities. SBMT is designed to meet the needs of the largest and most demanding offshore wind and maritime operations.

Surveillance Control System
- High resolution monitoring cameras providing good perimeter fence line coverage, supported by high mast lighting and structure mounted perimeter lighting
- Physical access control from perimeters includes the location of the access point, personal credentials required such as key cards, readers and keypads and control panel and access control server

Electric power available for cold-ironing of vessels berthed at the terminal, for zero-emissions, environmentally friendly operation

Site security systems ensure physical perimeter protection (high security fencing) and site surveillance, designed to meet ISPS standards

The site provides 10,800 sf of warehouse space, climate conditioned, utilized for staging and marshalling operations of wind turbine generator components
Office Facility
Modern and functional office facility designed to accommodate 100 people, with conference rooms, locker rooms and kitchen facilities
